I’m kate. Owner and designer of this site. Okay, I guess designer is relative… I think up what I want and my brilliant husband Jordan does the rest, what a life! It has been a lifelong dream of mine to have this website. And here it is! Another dream to check off my list. Except I think I’ll leave it on the list and live the dream for awhile.

I’ve been sewing and creating art since I was a child. I remember one of my first projects. I was young and wanted to make myself a pair of shorts. My mother didn’t quite have the time that day to help me so I took the challenge upon myself. With my scissors and fabric in hand I hid out behind the family room chair and while lying down on the fabric, cut myself out a pair of shorts. The first time I wore my hand stitched knickers, yup, you guessed it, they split right through… but I’ve learned quite a bit since then, thank goodness for all of you out there that purchase my stuff…

Creating is my passion. What more is there to say… I am inspired by nature, life, love, family and all else that is important to me. I pull from my surroundings and then hopefully if all works out as planned I turn around and pass that creativity on to you, for all of you! Thank you for your support, you keep my dream alive! kate
