ode to my cheesy matching purse and wallet set...
oh my goodness, I never thought I'd see the day when I owned a matching purse and wallet combo... well I do now and I even made it myself, how ridiculous is this?
But, I have to admit...
I LOVE them.
hehe, and it makes me laugh every time I pull the wallet out at the grocery store... hehe.
The killer is really the other day when I went to my in laws and had my purse and wallet in tow and realized that I was also wearing a fabric headband made from the pale green fabric with the white leafy print, you know, the fabric that is in BOTH the wallet AND purse... embarrassing.
That is almost as bad as my patchwork corduroy hippie days when I would accidentally find myself walking up to campus in patchwork corduroy pants, a pieced/appliquéd corduroy hoodie and a patchwork corduroy bag... all made by me, all from the same colored corduroys... man, I still wonder what people thought of me...

That is so funny! The bag and wallet are adorable...so I'm sure the matchy-matchy headband was cute, too. LOL.
