what we've been up to...

1. My days in product development at Close to my Heart came to a close on May 20. It was a bittersweet day for me. I loved the company, loved what I did, loved who I worked with. But unfortunately it was time to move on, little Mckinley and I needed to stay together and even though things are different, life is different, I love it.

2. Mckinley and I have been spending our days cleaning up the house, taking care of our favorite guy, feeding the family, and pretty much just enjoying our days as best as possible.

3. And about the summer ahead of us, well we have passes to our local water park, it's seriously a five minute walk, so great. We also have tickets to Alaska to spend a month with my family at our cabin on the lake. nice. And we even have a few tomato plants gracing our front porch with their presence, oh and 4 different kinds of basil plants. :) Jordo and I went a little crazy at the store... but we're excited.

4. And well, I guess that's it. That is our little update, hopefully we'll be around here a little bit more from now on. Oh, and below is a small photo collection of our days. Love you all!
