Happy Friday
Today has been a pretty good day, and the end of a pretty good week. I spent the last hour, while my wee one was sleepin', working on a birthday gift for a friend... Kamden, if you read this post before Sunday then CLOSE YOUR EYES!!! That, or just click off the page and come back after Sunday passes... :)
The polka dot is actually dark brown, not black like it looks in the photos. I love the random mix of fabrics, so fun! I got the tutorial here and I also love the version I found here.
Love that little apron, SO easy to make and seriously takes no time at all!
So also, last night I made halibut fish tacos for dinner. They were SO delicious. I could have seasoned up the halibut a little bit more, but it was my first time making halibut anything so I think it turned out pretty good. I should have taken a shot of a put together taco, but alas I forgot...
And I will leave you with one little shot I didn't have uploaded the other night... this is us at the Demolition Derby. Which was so much fun, have you guys ever been to one of those? It was exhilarating watching cars crash into each other, it was crazy!! Love ya!

oooh, love the apron, maybe we need to do an apron swap again... i love the polka dot fabric especially. so if you feel the need to make more (for practice i'm sure) i will gladly take one off your hand. and squeeze that little girl's cheeks for me! love you!
YUM!!! The halibut tacos sound amazing! And the apron is adorable, great job! :) Maybe we need another apron exchange! (What kind of exchange should we do?)
