well hello there...

Can I just tell you how cheesy I am? I just spent 20 minutes adding my website name to my photos for this post... and not because I felt like they needed it so no one would steal them or whatever, mostly because I think it looks cool.
how big of a dork am I?
so what do you think?

Oh man, I am such a dork... :) but i love it!!

So M has started reading books on her own, it is SO cute, she'll just grab one from the shelf and start going through it, pointing at things, talking to herself, I love it! Although every time I get the camera to capture it she sees the camera and immediately b-lines to me... she is such a little camera ham!

So yesterday we had pancakes and put the leftovers in the refrigerator... well today I wanted to use them but really hate just heating up day old pancakes so I decided to get creative, ta da!! Our very own Mcgriddles, and let me tell you, they were DELicious!!

Fall has arrived and this means our house is officially cold, brr... It means lots of slippers and sweaters and tea for me, all of which I love, but M has issues with it, seeing as how she doesn't like to stay dressed. I put these cute slippers (from Grandma Lynne) on her this morning and ten minutes later she had pulled them off, but at least I snapped a few pics of her in all her cute winter glory!

And speaking of cold I saw a couple of cute hats online and I wanted to try my hand at making one, making up my own pattern too... so I did try. and may I emphasize on the word try?? After taking 20 or so pictures of it, trying to get a good one and not succeeding, I realized it was not the picture taking that was the issue, it was the hat. :( And sadly Jordo and m agree, I look ridiculous in it, oh well, I guess there's another project-gone-wrong for the dress-ups box!!

And I am just starting to understand the joys of crafting with a bebe under foot... As if my craft room didn't put up with enough mess from me, welcome queen of "pull-everything-out-of-every-accessible-box-and-throw-all-over-floor" oh my goodness, life is good.

Well, thanks for sticking with me, happy thursday, and we will catch y'all later...
loves.

I love her little slippers.

Tuck has some furry moccasins from Grandma, but they don't stay on either.

And your pictures do look good with your logo on the them. Good thing you put that on the McGriddle one, or I might have tried to claim that as my own. :)

I think you look adorable in the hat! :) At least it's warm, that's what a hat's for. We dug out hats and woolens this morning for our walk to school, it was offically below freezing and the kids had to wear their winter coats. And then I realized Gavin doesn't really have a good hat, so now I get to make one! :)

Those Mcgriddles look soooooooo yummy, I think I see those coming up on our menu soon. And your cup of tea looks delicious as well. Did you visit the pottery shop while you were in AK this time? I think my mug needs a friend in the cupboard so I'm hoping I can get to AK next year just to get a mug! :) (Of course, there's a few other reasons as well!) Love ya!

(Oh, and maybe I should come craft with you too and then Gavin and little M could make some messes, what a whirlwind that would be!)

I love that you added your business name to a picture of breakfast biscuits :-)

The one of you in the green and blue hat should definitely be on the front page of your website or some other prominante place. You are beautiful in that super quirky (good quirky, not goofy quirky) photo. I love it. Baby R is adorable in EVERY photo!!
